Season 1 of Loki is my fav Marvel TV show. It was close to perfect. Season 2 just has fleeting moments each episode. It's not bad, but far from great. Will do a rewatch when the season is over to see if it hits me differently.

I've seen people say they miss the dynamic between Loki and Sylvie from Season 1. Also we're getting less of Loki, this season feels more of an ensemble than the previous season

One of them slips took him to a time where "present" Loki was walking around looking for one of those time prune sticks.. Present Loki had one of the time sticks, saw and pruned his past self so he can get back and not be erased from existence.

Ok. Na I was hanging laundry and had it playing in my AirPods. So that’s how Loki got pruned In ep 1 when ol girl was opening the elevator. Got it

WandaVision was my favorite of the Marvel TV shows.

I thought Loki season one was solid. they stuck the landing beautifully with the “He who remains” cameo. That honestly saved the season for me.

I should go watch it again and see how I feel about it now though.
 
I will say though, Ryan from the screen crush YouTube channel has been on point with all his hypotheses for this show.

He called Loki pruning himself after the first damn episode and even pointed out all this stuff is pretty much going in a circle like OB’s name suggest.

in the current marvel run he’s like the most powerful character (Avengers Prime) who is doing shit like what he did In this episode. It seems like he’s gonna be one of the key figures in Kang Dynasty & Secret Wars

He’s basically Neo & He Who Remains in one bruh lol that’s where they’re heading. I could see him being the one to rewrite the multiverse after Secret Wars
 
Shit is fuckin dope.

Though, I'm surprised the Infinity Stones haven't come into play since they disabled the dampers that prevented Loki and Sylvie from using their powers. Surely that would mean that the stones are now active again.
