But to answer your question, it was revealed in this season actually that He Who Remains built some kinda technology that made all magic useless in the TVA which also explains why the infinity stones didnt work either

the TVA exists outside of time and space if i remember correctly so its not just gods that live a long time in the TVA

He's not really a "god", he's not even a Asgardian. He's a frost Giant and they do age like Asgardians.
At best he would had lasted a for minutes longer than Victor
