Welcome To aBlackWeb

This may be thinking too deep but what if Loki is running a scam on her the same way she ran a scam on the TVA agent? Maybe he never broke that pad and he just made it look broke to get info out of her? Maybe he can leave at any time and nobody has to save them because he's lying to her.

LOKI EPISODE 3

It was an ok episode a couple of cool things happened
But people posting on social media about how mind blowing or shocking this episode was are hilarious. Especially those click bait screen caps on YouTube :

Does it have to do with his story though?

like if Loki was deemed straight this ep would someone complain that learning that wasn’t essential to the story?
They could've just left it open to interpretation.

Like he could've just said he had someone and kept it moving. There was no need to classify his sexual preference unless you subscribe to the idea that since this is based on Greek mythos then all of them are involved in some form of gay behavior

It's not like they're defining Loki by his sexuality.

But it’s not detrimental to the story

you can’t say this adds nothing to the story when it expands the character

you also would have to say every line uttered has to add to the story

also also you’re saying what the showrunners coulda left open to interpretation. Who are you to say that if you’re not working on the show? It’s your preference for them to leave it open but if they didn’t want to then…

Kinda silly to say it has nothing to do with his story. Most of the major characters have some kind of romantic relationships and it adds a layer to their character.

Them stating that Loki had previous romantic relationships and his views on love or whatever adds some more depth to his character.. or at least gives more insight into his thinking on relationships.

The fact that he's bi.. meh.. idgaf personally but it may mean something to someone in that lifestyle *shrugs*

We dont put that kinda scrutiny on any of the other characters in how they interact in their relationships and say that adds nothing to the story and is unnecessary

I mean I don’t think the show is gonna be all about him being gay now. He said he was bi and kept it moving. It’s not like he came swinging out like this

I'll concede and say that if it comes up in a significant manner in the next 3eps, then my criticism is premature but if it doesn't, then shoehorn
