Yea. When I originally seen the trailer I thought Thanos was manipulating Cap with a Stone that turned his eyes a different color
But Cap seemed kinda stronger than usual and the yellow eyes.
Something is def up with him.

I think you're overselling it.
For one, what physical confrontation involving Thanos did he NOT use effort?
Two, it's the same Thanos that put Hulk down in less than 30 seconds. If he wanted to smush Cap with an open hand, he would have.
Three, the whole arm wrestling match was like if you went to grab a fuckin baby and the baby tried to push your hand away. It's not a testament to how strong te baby is, just showing how little effort you put into it.

Cap didn't have the soul stone and he didn't have any upgrade besides the Wakandan arm plates.

I loved that the movie threw out all of the fan theories that I hated.
Heimdall having the soul stone, Cap having the soul stone, Cap being a Skrull, Thanos not getting all the stones, Killmonger being resurrected, etc.
Or the soul stone being in Wakanda lol

Yeah, I think that was the first time Hulk's offense literally had no effect though. And furthermore Thanos was letting off precision combos on him. It reminded me of when I was a kid and took my first L against this kid who boxed. Childhood fights were run forward and swing until someone stopped swinging. This nigga fought off his back foot and basically jabbed my ass to death. Minus that opening salvo, Thanos worked Hulk and then bodyslammed his ass. Can't get angry when you're humiliated as fuck and don't forget he'd been champion of that arena for a while. EXTRA long fall down after catching an L.
