This is my thing though....They didn’t find any guns in the house. Nobody is talking. They did the right thing by not charging them.

...cops witnessed the shootout, so they know both sides had guns. It's supposedly caught on body cam. Only thing the vid doesn't prove is who started the gun fight.
Even then, this turned into a police Chase with shooters in the car. Ain't that enough to hold at least the driver?
And they didn't recover the guns from the dudes in the vehicle?
