FEATURED Lil Wayne Issues Warning To Kendrick Lamar

test
his biggest song ever is Not Lie Us. His biggest viral moment is the Control Verse I know Kendrick's your guy and that's cool but lets not do this... matter fact.

Y'all got it. I'm wrong yall right disregard my post

First & foremost...happy belated bday ya Guatemalan vegetable salesman. We go all the back to our days in the old country. Wishing you the best brotha.

Uhhh...Cain you wrong on this. I say this b/c a simple Google search will easily debunk the kinda claims you just made in your posts. Kendrick has 17...as in 1-7 Grammys. So to say "Not Like Us" is his biggest song ev...smh. You're better than this man.

What the hell you talking about

Also, telling somebody they like to suck dick is some foul shit to say but okay

KL takes this high ground on being for black folks but going to the Super Bowl, submitting for Grammys, doing songs with pop folks and making albums with folks who is convicted of sexual assault. I can go on and on.

Brings up culture but doing the same shit as every artist

Like I said, he’s not different than drake but wants to act like he’s not.

It’s a very simple observation and need to cuss at anybody

And once we accept what these artist really are the better we can enjoy or not enjoy their music instead of making think pieces on them

What color are the folks who own the business you work at or for sir

Do u only worlk for or with blacks!!!!!!!

You thinking is not reality. What artist only works for or accepts accolades from only blacks

You brought up dick riding .....

:huh?:

I hate that is coming off like I'm putting a cape on for this goofy ass nigga BUT he's not wrong and you nerds are rationalizing your feelings over truth.

Especially when Drake has about 20 songs that's out sold/streamed more than Kendricks entire catalog. It's going to take more than feelings to stop Drake goofy ass

Just as much as Kendrick is tied to Drake for the next year or whatever, Drake tied to Kendrick too. Any and everything they do will be compared and put up against each other.

I feel like Drake actually got beef with the Weekend though.

Drake not going anywhere.... his next project gonna sell and he will continue on his musical journey.

Has his perception changed for some sure, but I agree he not being taken out the rap game... unless all his shit start sounding like that Delilah song lol

It don't matter if Drake write his own raps, if he flows with different accents, if rapping or singing, if messing with little girls

He gonna sell music because some people don't care about any of that. Or don't wanna see it as relevant to the music.

This era of Hip Hop is interesting 🤔 to say the least.

This taps into a much larger conversation about authenticity and its evolving role in music and culture. There was a time when authenticity was highly valued—take Milli Vanilli for example. Their careers were ended due to controversies surrounding lip-syncing and today that same act is just considered the business. A low risk more curated experience.

Black culture at a large is packaged and sold. What we call "AAVE" is known to everyone else as "Gen-z slang" so it's more inclusive. You have Fox news white-splaining what "Woke" means daily.

We acknowledge that Beyonce and Rihanna have teams and a machine behind them that crafts and curates every thing they touch. From lyrics to performances to beats to merch to IG posts and brand collaborations. It's the same thing behind Drake and Kendrick. I don't know if you can actually be as big as these individuals and be authentic. You fuck around say the wrong thing and get cancelled like DaBaby.

Unless you know these niggas personally you don't know these niggas. We know the facade.

Fam

This was a pretty well thought out response but... Do you remember what DaBaby did/said?? Lol

It's not like he said the moon was made out of cheese lol

Yeah 1000 percent agree with you. The creative expression that black folks called rap or even before then rhythm and blues had since inception been shunned by mainstream but now they package the hell out of it and sold to the world. And unfortunately our black men and women in positions to do shit, fold take they percent and dip

The question is though how does it evolve from here, not enough people are going stop the system so I guess some feel they have to ne in the system and make changes 🤔. Maybe why JayZ did the whole superbowl venture despite the fact ppl was boycotting the nfl and speaking on crazy shit... like Jerry Jones and Jamie Foxx clipp ...it just went away lol.
