FEATURED Lil Wayne Issues Warning To Kendrick Lamar

test
He fooled everybody with saying not like us when in reality he’s just like them. He’s trying to take a moral high ground which is hilarious to me

Kendrick isn't taking a moral high ground.

He's taking an artistic high ground.

In that sense, he's nothing like Drake or any other pop rapper.

People don't understand Kendrick. He isn't the moral police.

He is passing judgement on the lack of artistic value and authenticity in Hip Hop.

He is saying the image of the rapper is tainted. The rapper is supposed to be a messenger and an agent of warning and alarm to a community, not decadence and excess.

Kendrick lived a rockstar life like any other famous musician, he isn't talking about that. It never was about that.

Sure bud

Lol saying all rappers are the same is funny

You would never say all football players are the same.

That thinking sounds basic and lazy

It's Like saying anybody who does the same thing as another person is not bringing something different or unique.
It's like saying oh that's just another black man, being and acting like all black men
Everyone is not the same, you are suppose to do things at different levels as others
There's a such thing as being "better" than or progressing futher than someone else.

You’re completely off base of what I’m talking about

It's true.

Kendrick raps about all the same shit that Drake and Future does but the perspective isn't a glorification of it or a condemnation but a reflection of his actions and the failure of resisting temptations.

Lol, this is the same guy that admitted to possibly killing a rival gang member and hitting his girlfriend now wife.

Kendrick idea of artistry in Hip Hop is radically different than Drake.

He isn't trying to make the listener escape their problems but examine his problems and possibly see a path for redemption for themselves through him.

But instead people think he is finger wagging about money and bitches like he didn't tell you he did the same thing.
