Ehh..agree w the 1st part. Don't think you need to necessarily shoot someone just bc you pulled your piece out. Depends on the situation. If you calm a threat after pulling it out n there is no need to shoot, then dont. however if you pull out n the threat is not neutralized, by all means do what u gotta do to protect yourself
