Even if he wants to play the accountability angle...do we not have varying degrees of holding people responsible? Even from a legal standpoint there's crimes where 2 or more people involved will get different punishments based on how involved or responsible for the crime...so even using the logic he's going with...it still makes no sense to try and hold a teenager to the same level of responsibility as somone who is older and clearly manipulating them.
