Not out of context. But what is the context that makes it OK?

I posted the video because people pointed out the shooter was at a Trump rally, and supported Blue Lives Matter. I said I was defending the act of him shooting them, not defending him as a person. Just like y'all aren't defending the white Sex offender that uses the N word as a person. Then you popped up defending him saying nigga.

Then tell him separate them like that. His entire post just said "you still defending the white dude" so that's what I responded to.

I'm not caping for him. Like I said before, I'm defending the act, not the man. I'm speaking legally, and you're talking what kinda person they are. I get you saying he's a shitty person. But I'm talking legally, and legally that doesn't matter.

I'm not saying this kid is a good person. I'm not saying he should have been out there. I'm not saying he wasn't being an asshole. I'm not saying it's impossible he's a racist. I already said he should be charged for having the gun. I'm only saying legally, that looked like self defense.

You said rittenhouse was defending himself which he was trying to intimidate people so I don’t think it’s self defense. Then you brought one of the white dudes he killed saying nigga like he was in the same boat as the killer. My whole point was they not the same one was obviously more dangerous. You was on some be objective or whatever

How is it self defense when you walking around with a loaded rifle that you ain’t supposed to have? Couldn’t any lawyer say people felt threatened by that act

I brought the sex offender that kept saying nigga up to show we're not defending the person here because neither one is a good person worth defending based on character. So him being a sex offender saying nigga was irrelevant, just like this kid going to a Trump rally was irrelevant. So let's just stick to the facts of what happened.

Smh at "be objective or whatever" when we're talking legalities.

They didn't know he wasn't supposed to have it. So like with other cases, we gotta go based on what you knew at the time. Like with Blake... don't try to find a weapon afterwards to validate what you did before knowing there was a weapon.

So no. Walking around with a gun isn't enough to validate attacking Kyle. It's an open carry state, like VA. Since it's legal, you can't attack someone for simply having the gun.

It's also probably REALLY hard to claim self defense against someone running away from you.
