Technically the "family" is the father, mother, siblings and grandkids. Everybody else is extended. So he not the family pastor, especially if he talking about he the pastor of the mother's side. That nigga up there trying to seem more important than he really is.

I just don't think calling him that was an attempt to lie to people. The mother asked him to speak, and he was introduced as the family pastor.
