Just finished watching this....well, that was very upsetting to watch especially knowing most of the perpetrators got off easy. From a film standpoint, I thought this was excellent and propels into my top 10 of last year. It'd probably be racking up awards for cinematography, score, etc if it wasnt for Oppenheimer. I absolutely loathed De Niro's character which is credit to him cause that means he put in a good performance. Lily's performance as Mollie, with sometimes just her body language, powerful. What happened here was like poison, a community being knocked off little by little instead of what happened in Tulsa. I can understand why Devery hated this.

I thought it was good. Maybe not great. Some scenes were too long and few historical events weren’t included that I think should have been like the killing of WW Vaughn.
I didn't feel the length of the film like I did with The Irishman
