It's another thread in this post.Kev only shyt'n on Kat from a retaliation stand point. You've never heard him bash Kat, or say Kat doesn't deserve the success he's gotten.
Yeah that's fine you don't wanna "take orders" and play by your own rules, cool. You passed on "super fame", cool. But stop hatin on muthafuccas who don't go the route you went.
You can tell the difference b/t criticizing and outright hatin. And this why I have the issue wit Kat. Again...you go on your comedy shows talkin about the haters this and haters that. YET...you're one of them? Bruh...enjoy your Emmy. You so concerned about other lesser known comedians not gettin shine...use your star power to help them. Something
But can we not pretend Kev ain't take the most self depreciating roles. Other comics held out to get try to push for comics being more serious and not so buffoonish. If he is...then don't blame Tiffany Haddish. Talk to their agents and find out why. Niggas actin like money is limited and only a few are allowed success.
he is. He's got them comedians on the road with him and using his star power so they can get on. They're eatin' thanks to Katt's name.

But if Kev bringing in numbers...why should they stop writing black comics into those roles?
But Kev eating...but the other comics are right too.

He's not blaming her. He's saying that he basically doesn't get how some Black female comedians that have a proven track record of being genuinely funny gets passed over for tv and movie deals by a chick the a track record of being "meh".
Kev said that in the interview too. Doesnt matter if ur reading a script, the person playing the role still gotta make it pop.Cause life ain't fair.
And maybe, just maybe on screen they wack AF. Just bcuz you a dope stand-up that means it will translate to you being a dope comedic actor or actress.

Holly got an Oscar for being fucked by a racist dude. That's Hollywood bruh. The shyt is trash when it comes to those type of roles. Now if Kev, Katt, or ANY black comedian was out there are takin roles where they're shuckin & jivin, then naw. Fucc that. Pass on that shyt.
Other than that, if they get a legit opportunity knockin at their door, why not take it? Again he AND Tiff got Emmys. Celebrate that shyt.
Are you serious? You mean like Zach Galifianakis and Ed Hems in the Hangover movies, or like 90% of Jim Carrey's filmography or damn near every film Adam Sandler has done. Those more serious and not so buffoonish roles?
man dont deduce her award to that brah lolHolly got an Oscar for being fucked by a racist dude.
Should we celebrate that too?
Not all true but you 90% rightKev said that in the interview too. Doesnt matter if ur reading a script, the person playing the role still gotta make it pop.
Other things come into factor with roles as well. Timing, auditioning, your team/management i mean shit isnt just black and white. Not everyone thats grinding is gonna get those opportunities but everyone who gets those opportunities is def grinding n not getting hand outs.
Ok..monsters ball was a great movie.man dont deduce her award to that brah lol
c'mon now
