Things change man, you're an artist too if I remember, I think it's harder for yall. Cuz if you make an album like your previous works (or classics in this case) people automatically weigh the two against each other and compare versus just taking the music for what it is.

Some artists have a corporate mind where if a song works,they just make that song as long as they can

Then you got Ye or K Dot for example who get bored easily and might do something totally different.

Using myself as an example I got everything from street music,horror core,battle rap to conscious type shit so it's hard for me to settle in on making one type of music.

It made/makes me hard to market but,no matter what you do,you gotta try to make it be ....Good Music.....
