Yeah this seems like he's may not he guilty of the crime he's been accused of but there also seems to be a history of him engaging in that behavior in general. Image wise that's gonna be hard to overcome even if the criminal charges aren't found to be credible. And if those statements really are fake I'd imagine his attorney would face some sort of discipline for that
