It wasn't a diss, smart guy. He was saying that everyone (most) loves Pac, and no one would call him soft, or feminine, for rocking a nose ring. By that logic, we should be giving some of these new niggas a pass for what many may perceive to be "feminine" fashion choices.

I wasn't being literal. He's rapping, but the flow is lazy and it sounds like he's barely trying throughout the album. I mean I can't even think of a song where he really spit. I have to listen again. The subject matter was decent but the delivery was lazy throughout.
