idgaf what anyone says, all the mystique around J prince was rumors him and his team put out. He just a hood nigga that used his money and goons to bully niggas into doing what he wants. There's nothing new about that. That shit goes on all over. Only differnce now is social media is lettings us see and hear first hand how lame these hood bullies are with their fake respect.

Nah not all of it was rumors. Scarface name dropped the FBI agent who spearheaded an investigation into J Prince on The Last of A Dying Breed album. Dude actually got convicted of being corrupt a while back too. But part of what J Prince so menacing was him being mysterious. Nigga wasn't the type to be doing interviews all the time and making statements. Now he's doing what Eddie Griffin said is the #1 rule that gangsta rappers break "You talk too damn much"

No one is taking away from what J. Prince bought to the rap game.....dude's legacy is cemented with that.
But this extra shit...or maybe this is how he's always been behind the scene is just ....smh
