Beheading a person is more intentional and vicious. It allows people to paint the Hamas terrorists as even more vile. Shooting up a music festival is bad, but hell, here in America, we're already becoming desensitized to that type of thing. Nobody could become desensitized to something as horrible as decapitating a baby.
