As they should and I'm sure he knows this.
That's why I doubt it's a scam.
He could of easily just did another movie or anything else for less hassle and more profit.
Museums are a large expensive endeavor and he's trying to do it from scratch.
What's more likely is that he could be taking on more than he thought.
Not a scam, but an ambitious failure at attempting something.
Time will tell if he can handle it.

Or he was stupid enough to risk his entire brand over a single million.

The damn property itself is damn near 800k and he only asked for a million.

You can’t buy and build property with that.

Then you gon need folks running it and everything else.
