Never been a Nelly fan but he’s had some solid hits. I’m happy for him.
Since his buzz fell off and he is getting older i feel its a great deal. In his prime his catalog would be $500 million. And the fact that he still own 50% makes it a wonderful deal

I was about to type that Hot In Here alone is worth $50 million.

Nelly has plenty of songs that can be used in commercials, movies and television shows. So he’s not a minor nobody. He was a major someone.

To this day, I STILL think a lot of people underestimate how big Nelly was. Worth it.
Apparently it's worth $100 million since he's only selling half of it for $50 million.
