I'd say she's underappreciated by the current generation...and also very much misrepresented by the generation who actually grew up on her music because I've seen some very bad Missy takes in comparison to the current generation of women rappers

Missy the artist is very much appreciated.

But I do think Behind the Scenes Missy doesn't get has much credit or shine like it should.

She'd be a 1st ballot HOF off her writing and producing alone

I think part of it is because she hasn't dropped an actual album since 05-ish? She dropped an EP a couple years ago, and some features here and there but thats it.
