I am a Joe fan but his albums were not that great. Mood music 3-4 had skippable tracks so I wouldn't call those classics. Mixtape are not albums. Reason being, artist usually put their throw away tracks on there and mixtape usually don't have any direction. Official albums is where an artist usually tries. So I can't put him in the top 10. Dope artist though.
