Unless the homeless guy was actually assaulting someone, he had the right to yell and scream all he wants. Muhfuckas could've put on some headphones, or got on another car. The fact that people stood there and watched isn't even shocking. Folks will pull out a camera to record instead of helping somebody. It's fucked up all around and I hope every person who watched that shit and did nothing is haunted by that image of that man's face for the rest of their lives
