OPINION If you could do it all over again... Choose 3 different career paths

Comedian because I genuinely believe I have a hilarious personality. Most of my friendships and relationships are based on laughing our asses off. I confidently believe most people like me cuz I make them laugh. And I definitely be gassed off social media reactions to my sense of humor. I think I could have made a good run at comedy. I still low key do. One day imma have the balls to do an open mic

Writer...I still love reading and writing. I still have great ideas . I still am overly imaginative. I just think I have an over understanding in the sheer amount of work it takes to construct a true novel. Like it's more than just an idea. I'm holding a book with over 300 pages right now. And so much of it is just masterful descriptive writing that compliments the plot, but often has little to really do with it. Like it's so so so much, and most times I just get lazy. I've rewritten some stories... No bullshit, like 15 times just to edit and work out things, v better describe things. Build on characters, give them a better back ground... Get lost in that.... Try to circle back to the plot..... Like it gets exhausting. Writers block is real as fuck. Anybody can have a good idea. Anybody. But writing a good story and a 300 page novel off that idea..... It's crazy crazy work

Since you have already started writing, you should look into taking a writing class. Unless you have already. You can also look into buying one of those master class video. You may do better with having a accountability partner. You would be surprised what a motivational boost you can get if you had someone who is in the same field. Sorta like teacher.

I thought being 6'1 was tall until I met a nigga 6'8. Then I realized they said Iverson was 6'1 and let's say he was, cause I don't believe he is, but that nigga could hoop. My ass wasn't even the best nigga in my hood at ball so my hoop dreams ended before they even had a chance to get started.

You may have messed up in thinking that the people better than you wanted or was gonna try to actually play on a school team. You ever played for any school team?

Yeah

But I also recognize when something that I have to bust my ass to do to just be slightly better than average just comes natural to other people

It just means it's not my calling and I'm ok with that.
