You know the funny thing? I wouldnt quantify it as actually hearing anything. I dont hear a voice, it's just the manifestation of words. I cant really discern an audio pitch or cadence.

I do this too, but only because I intentionally taught myself to speed read. The first step is learning to read chunks of words at once instead of sounding out one word at a time.
