I dont keep anything in a packet. Now I do keep some special sauces that come in the small plastic cups. They do sit in the fridge for too long. The main one is this yellow sauce from this Peruvian spot I hit up. I use it when I cook my own chicken.

The only sauces I keep are soy sauce and they start tasting old after like 2 weeks

I was gonna say the same thing. Only sauces I keep now are soy sauce packets. Outside of that the others go into the trash because I only use ketchup.

Hot sauce usually goes quickly in my house. Some hot sauces you can’t do that with either. Texas Pete when in a packet goes bad pretty fast.

They got sriracha and hoison sauce packets now. I'm trying to find out the shelf life on those joints as we speak.
