I pretty much only eat dinner; so it’s coffee, water, & dinner.
I don’t usually miss dinner but I can go 24 hours w/o food. I’ve yet to do a full fast, no food just water, yet... I’ve done a fast on soup (1x a day) & water.
One time I was 18 in college depressed. I had a piece of chewing gum on Monday. Didn’t eat til Friday. Barely drunk water. Nowadays I couldn’t pull that shit off if I tried.
I’ll probably go 12 to 15 hrs max. If I slept most of the day or if I was hella busy then that 12 hr mark could happen.
