I went 24 hrs a few times back when i was trying to do that shit where u eat every other day

I started getting really bad headaches that wouldn't go away though so I had to stop that shit.

I fast periodically anyway....I can do 24 hours wit no sweat....longest I did was a straight week...just water

Edit: I was 15 years younger when I did ha week tho...now I usually do at least a day a week
 
When I was younger I ate like a snake, 5000 cals one day nothing but liquids for a day or two. Fucked myself over tho cuz now if I dont get something to eat every 4hrs my body does the @1/2 Syndrome

Jokes on them, if your body dont get the nutrients from food it leaches from your bones, muscles etc. Eventually it'll catch up to them.
 
I'm glad I cane across thus thread because it reminded me to cast I did it th first time because I was slightly xelressedback in late June and I didn't eat I all i did was lie in bed and drink water but the next day I felt energized and steonger. I tried it again last month and tried to do it by eating breakfast at 5 am and just drinking water about 8 glasses and then ending the fast 8 5 am the next morning but I caved in at about 9 pm that wvwning. Fasting is good because you develop will power.
 
I'm going on 22 hours right now. Waiting for this popeyes.

I dont do it on purpose but some busy days im running 10-12 hours on the morning coffee.

It was way longer then that when I was younger, but now I start gettin the shakes and feelin loopy.

I used to only be a dinner eater. Basically fast all day with maybe a snack sometime during work. Since I started working out I get to work starving and might eat something, but if I dont eat something by 1pm I'm dizzy and spacey and feel so much better after some food. I still usually only eat once per day but it's a huge meal. I've been eating dinner more often though.
