Random story

When i was like 14 we was on a family beach trip
I was on usual idgaf shit back then and i remember cursing up a storm, my mom and aunt told me to chill out on the cursing the ocean will get mad, i was looking at them like yall crazy

Later in the day i was sitting on sand like 10 feet away from the water and a huge wave came and knocked me backwards hard af

My aunt had that "told you so" look
I still thought they was crazy, maybe coincidence
So i "respect" the water now
