Like maybe 10 years ago some old white dude had to be over 75 called me a nigger on the train completely unprompted. I didn't say nothing cause I was really contemplating breaking his face. When my stop came I just looked at him and said "you're dying. Like you're literally gonna just die anyday now. Have a goodnight"

Ain't worth it over someone that old. They worried about going to sleep and not waking up.

Hate to say it, but his best option might be a plea deal.


Not for manslaughter, but for involuntary manslaughter since he didn't intend to kill him.


If he goes to trial and is found guilty, he'd probably get at least 10 years.


With a plea, he'd probably do less than 5.
