These teens are going crazy over phone confiscation. If I'm going to risk getting attacked over a phone the student can leave the class and let the principal deal with it.
She definitely would have gotten the phone on her way to being expelled after pepperspraying me. And Id sue the parent and the student would be reported to the police.
