Yooooo...lemme tell you a story
So I go to this house cause a female customer calls in and says her VOD doesn't allow her to order movies. Usually it's a signal issue, so I check everything and I can't find nothing. So i figure it's a bad box and replace the box.
Still the shit won't work, I call my dispatch and they say the account is locked due to a exsessive amount of movie orders. I ask them for what, and she says adult movies. So the lady is at work, and only her kids are home. 1 of em 18, one of em 16, and the other 13.
So I tell her that someone is ordering adult movies and the company froze the account. She flips out and denies it, calls me and the company all kinds of names and says her husband is coming home from work to get to the bottom of it.
In the meantime she calls her son's cell and tells him to put it on speaker so she can speak to all of them and she's ripping them. Calling them nasty this and that. And they are denying it and shit.
20 minutes later the dad shows up, he's going off on the kids wit the wife on speaker.
The 13 year old says, hold up. We don't even know the code to order movies mama, you never told us...
