For Krilin's defense, she's more human than machine (I mean, would you not have a relationship with someone at your taste just because he/she got bionic prothestic legs?) , and it has been confirmed decades ago by Toriyama that at the moment he wished the bomb grafted by Dr. Gero away of her body, most of her cybernetic enhancements get removed in the interval as well.
Android 18 is technically no longer an actual Human Android and is now Ki-detectable for any power-level sensing machine or Ki-manipulating individual with scrying (Ki Detection) powers... although, she still somehow manage to retain what resulted from these said enhancements as far, as much so as a fewer hings not made of organic matter here and there either.
