I think I told this on the IC, but I had a run-in with one of them Civics with the coffee can fart pipe on the back in my '97 Grand Caravan with the 3.3L V6 in it. I was getting on the 101 in Phoenix and the on ramp had two lanes that merged into one. I was in the left lane and heading up the ramp and this jack-off in a lil Civic hatchback tried to pass me up the ramp.
