I think the point here is that while he was big at one point, his music was largely forgettable and, as such, folks have forgotten it.

Can't help but know who dude is, and you know he had some big joints, but that's about as far as it goes.

Like I was saying I know he was huge Mr 106 and Park and all that bullshit but like you said he’s pretty forgettable. Like a string of one hit wonders basically
