I love Breaking Bad. GoT is INFINITELY better than Breaking Bad.

Clearly two different writing styles.
They are both a masterpiece in their own right. Someone said The Wire is like a chore, which I can totally understand that 100%. There is so much to really catch and take in, but it is done so beautifully when you start to get the gist of it.
Whereas with Breaking Bad, you don't necessarily have to focus too tough, you can just stay on the same ol' road and enjoy. The creators and writers were quite creative with taking an idea so simple yet so profound and allowing it to grow and blow up into a whole beast.
Both shows were nice with the filming and camera tricks, allowing the visuals to tell the story too.
