Reports are he isn't a full Playable character. AI controlled when he is in ya party.
My lazy ass haven't beat the 1st remake yet but heard Red wasn't Playable during the game either but is in the sequel.
Doesn't look like Cid is Playable either tho will make an appearance
OG FFVII my team used to be Cid cloud and red or Barrett

Yeah, Vincent and Cid are being held til the next game to become fully playable.
That said Yuffie and Vincent aren't optional characters anymore. The way the story plays out now, it's mandatory that you encounter them.
Yuffie was the most useless character.

I'm what way? If you mean from a story standpoint, then yeah she was kinda useless because she was a bonus character, and as a result, want included in most of the cutscenes. That's something they are changing with the new games. She already got her own story with that DLC.
If you mean from a gameplay standpoint, that's not true. Any character in the game can be strong depending on how you have the setup.
Nah, Yuffie wack. She's the weakest playable character, she's down there with Tifa

Idk it looks good play is fun . But I think I’m mostly done If it was an 8 remake I’d probably be on it more.
FF8 was better game play but FF7 had the better story.

And I gotta admit I'm impressed that the games we play now look like advent children CGI normally, not just cgi.
I can't even imagine what ps6 will produce. Next to photo realistic where do we go?
Not a PC gamer but this year probably drop 2.5k on a gaming laptop.
Yes I could build my own and work in IT (dealing with PCs everyday). For a big company at that (cant say name we always under fire and not allowed to disclose that per compliance and you neegrows would out me instantly the way yall do these onlyfans
). But not interested in building a gaming rig.
With that said what a time to be alive if you been alive somewhere as long as me.
Finishing remake next 2 weeks than pre ordering.
Unfortunately I won't do everything from what I read it doesn't transfer. Missed opportunity IMO.
Part of the experience of the OG (my favorite game of all time -- yes get at me for not finishing it yet.. lol) is building your char up. Way they splitting up I guess next game shit won't matter either. Will still enjoy regardless
