Captain Save-A is the worst offender present. The second worst offender is the airport/airline security. Too many customers feel entitled to attack and disrespect employees. We need more PopCopy businesses that will allow employees to return the same energy they are receiving if initial courtesy failed to defuse things. Ultimately, every business should have security so that employees don't have go this far.
