I had an experience where my friend and her children didn't wear underwear. And I never knew this until her little girl was in a dress and being a kid( flipping and dancing) . And the little girl private areas were showing. I was like oh no were the baby underwear! They mama was like its ok. If we lived in a society where sexual abuse did not exist then sure. But I definitely said something to her in a respectful way.
