Weird, 'cause one of my boys uses weed to help him sleep better and, specifically, so he has more intense dreams, especially about his father that passed a few years ago. He says the dreams make it like he's still able to talk to his pops.
I dont ever dream if I'm high or drunk. I do get great sleep when high. Alcohol and weed suppress REM sleep. REM sleep is when you dream. It is reported that when you go sober for a day or to, your dreams may be really intense.

Weed never stopped me from dreaming.

Ive been taking melatonin, magnesium glycinate, zinc, vitamin c, and potassium before going to bed. I also had a point where I went a couple of weeks without music playing while I was asleep 'cause my bedroom PC was down and I noticed that I was sleeping a lot better without music playing, so I've stopped that.

I only woke up once last night, so I had some pretty good ass sleep.

Having said that, I had one of those fight dreams where the shit is life or death, but every punch or kick I landed was like hittin' niggas with a marshmallow. Like, I'm dong all these martial arts moves and shit, and the blows were landing, but the impact was so soft that it did nothing. I woke up out of this dream 30 min before my alarm was supposed to go off. Laid my ass right back down too.

Had a wild dream last night. Wasn't a nightmare but a really strange adventure. My dream couldn't pick a movie theme.

I had Spiderman powers and was able to shoot webs and swing from buildings. I was rolling with 2 people. One was Kramer from Seinfield. I watch a lot of Seinfield so not shocked i thought about that. I couldn't remember the other person.

I was being chased by the T-1000 terminator. The one from the second movie. I thought of him probably from watching mortal kombat fatalities with him in it. I would swing away to high up buildings but he would still find me.

I try hiding in a factory but he found me. I then remembered how to defeat him. I get a bottle that had concrete and some gel in it. (This came from predator 2 where it tried to stop the bleeding in its severed arm). The concuction turned into liquid nitrogen or some cold liquid. Threw it on the T-1000 and he froze. I then asked a worker if they had a freezer i could put him in so we could take him to a place that was hot and he could melt.

Then I woke up. Didn't get to kill him

That's interesting. Prior to me starting smoking weed I would lucid dream on a regular basis. It actually became exhausting because it felt like my mind couldn't rest since I was awake in my dreams. Once I started smoking I stopped dreaming (or remembering them). When I take smoke breaks, the dreams come back even more intense.

Even when smoking, my lady says I talk a lot in my sleep and even physically act like throwing punches or grabbing for things. I don't remember those things though. I believe her since I would sleep walk when I was kid; once I got up and just unlocked the front door. My mom caught me and woke me up.

Damn, from my many sleep paralysis nights, that dark figure never touched me. It always just hovered close but it never touched me. It is fine with trying to scare me but know it would be a problem if it touched me. It fears my strength.

You might be weak, b.
Or I might be in a vulnerable state right now losing so many family members in 2 months you bitch ass nigga

You know what I’m sorry for calling you a bitch ass nigga. I don’t want to be negative with everything going on right now. Peace and blessings to you bro.

bruh, i literally spooned my sleep paralysis demon last night...

i very very vividly remember scooting up to what i thought was my wife...like i felt the weight and the skin n everything. i felt the legs, ass against me, i slid my hand around the front. like it was a legit spooning. i've done it countless times before. i heard the tv in the background....

then when i woke up and realized it was physically impossible. we're getting work done to our room, so we've been sleeping in the kid's rooms..me in my son's room on the floor, her in my daughters room on the floor....

we are not sharing the bed right now.....

WHO THE FUCK WAS I SPOONING???

FREAKY ASS DEMON :ohshit2:

I had a dream that I died at the entrance a discount clothing store. Like a Ross.

I don't know what killed me but I remember not being able to breath and everything going fading to black as I collapsed on the floor.

The funniest part to me is that the greeter person was standing about a 3 ft away from me and not doing shit while I was going to the ground.

I've had lucid dreams before and I've seen videos on YouTube showing how to trigger them but it makes me feel like I'd be playing with something I shouldn't.

I'm laughing because the dream world is silly like that. Lucid dreaming can be fun, but when its too often or you can't turn it off, that's when it gets scary. Like you, I've had death experiences in a dream, where I either wake up in pain from whatever killed me or I feel myself just laying there in my dream. Like when people say they dream of falling but wake up just before they hit the ground; I've definitely hit the ground and woke up with real pain.

The creepiest thing about dreams is that when I would get threatened, I would tell the person that I'm dreaming and they can't hurt me, and they would acknowledge that they know I'm aware of the dream but that they could still hurt me. Makes me feel like the dream world is another dimension and not just in our mind.

What's crazy is there are no sensations in a dream, yet you still somehow experience all your senses. Doesn't make sense.
