So I guess Rachel Nichols was asked to take a role in what she felt was a lower position sideline report and Rachel felt that this ESPN way of making Taylor bigger and getting her spot and Rachel instead of humbling bowing out and considering that Taylor might actually deserve the spot and is more talented went right to suggesting this was a affirmative action type of hire and ESPN in a attempt to look more diverse wants to push Taylor ahead. Then tries to side step her animosity with the "my best friend is black" deflection assuming she gets the discrimination because she a woman lol

One thing I know for sure their is a reason why you will experience racism the most in the work force. Because when an entitled white person feels their position threatened their true self will come out. Wouldn't be anything if Rachel even talked about her accolades the work she put in she went right to suggesting she only getting ahead due to tokenism. That's messed up.
