For some reason, this tracks. And I believe it.
I remember before I ever knew who or whatever tf a Puff Daddy was, I used to think that one of them dudes from that group Ill Al Skratch was EVERYWHERE.

Wasn't til later that I learned that that wasn't him at all and it was some guy named "Puffy". Lol.

This "Puffy" guy always wanted the light even in spite of his lack of noticeable talent outside of strongarm business savvy. So I dont find it too much of a stretch that he'd begin launching his career on the bones of his flagship artist even before the soil on his artist's grave began to dry.
