But she was a victim. Even you admitted that we have, at least, one example of her not wanting to engage and getting beaten for it. Even if that was the only example, it makes her a victim. Now, legally, does her victimhood actually have anything to do with the case, I don't know.

What are you basing that on? Did they play recordings of her ordering escorts? Do they have baby oil receipts with her name on it? Do her credit card statements have charges for the flights that brought the sex workers into town?

So in your mind, because she admitted that she was motivated by love and not wanting to lose Puff and because we don't have a clip of her getting beaten every time she said "No" (even though we have other testimony that said she was beaten regularly and she did say that she was afraid of Puff), she was 99% in league.

Does that really make sense to you? Or could it be that he caught her when she was young and dumb and she initially went along willingly with the crazy shit? As it escalated, she wanted out, but by that time he had her emotionally and financially dependent on him and was using physical violence to keep her in-line. Now I can't defend her getting away and going to other people but still choosing to return to Puff. That's crazy, but you're just letting your misogyny cloud your judgement if you can see that, at some point during that time frame, she was just a straight up victim that was being preyed on.

She said she did it because she was in love, she did it so that he wouldn't do it with another woman. That's not her being forced that's her willingly involved. She's the one getting the escorts, she's the one calling to get the drugs and she's the one getting the baby oil and yes that came out in court. This woman was 22 years old, she was a grown ass adult who was OK to do all that.

Why are y'all not believing the words that's coming out of her mouth in court about this.

I'll never defend that fuck nigga for putting his hands on her but I'm not giving her a pass for her involvement either.

Without the DV she would definitely be a coconspirator in this case. I wonder if the feds gave her a proffer agreement or immunity. Because if you read the transcript she would be charged right along with the assistant who was on the stand the other day but he had a proffer agreement so he can't be charged.

She also said she was afraid of him. She also said she didn't want to make him mad. Other testimony and visual evidence proves she was assaulted. Several things can be true at the same time. Over a multi-year period, she could have willingly participated, participated because she felt she had no choice, and participated to avoid physical violence. Two out of those three scenarios would make her a victim. If you can't see that, I don't know what else to tell you. Nobody's asking you to give her a pass. No pass is need because for the 100th time, she's not on trial. Maybe she does have some fault for winding up getting pee'd on, but Puff isn't on trial for having escorts pee on Cassie, so this stance you're taking makes no sense.
