Unless they're using the beating as coercion which so far they haven't. Then Cassie's whole testimony was for a case that should've taken place years ago. The defense is going to eat her up.

I repeat....... HE'S NOT CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC ABUSE.

Will the feds swing it around we have to wait and see but currently her testimony was for embarrassment and to pull on the heartstrings of the public.

I'm not seeing it YET but we have a long way till we get to closing statements. The feds will bring it all around I'm sure but at the moment they played themselves putting Cassie on the stand first in my opinion. I get why they did but seems like it would've been better to put her in the middle or at the end.

We shall see but the defense will be going in on her today and it's going to be rough.
