Diddy should do significant time in prison, but not for what he's been charged with.

Idk if the issue was the statute of limitations in NY, but he shouldve been hit with multiple domestic assault and battery charges and a simple kidnapping charge and plus the prostitution charges.

Based off the info released so far, he wasn't sex trafficking.
