I am not following this case other than headlines so i have a question. Has the prosecution actually presented any real evidence against Diddy or is it all hearsay? I have not heard anything about video or audio recordings that prove he did anything illegal. being a freak and all the baby oil is not a crime.

OK. Then did they provide evidence or just what people are saying? The problem with that transportation for purpose of prostitution is that anyone who fly's someone out can be charged with sex trafficking since people only get flew out for the purpose of having sex. That is a slippery slope. Both regular men and women do it. Either way with all that searching of his mansion it should be easy to prove these things without someone like Cassie getting on the stand and claiming victim.

These were very organized sex parties involving up to hundreds of ppl lasting days at a time. That's different from flying a foreign out for a brunch. They gotta provide evidence of drugs and abuse, but so far it doesn't look like some ordinary shit.
 
Look, I think Puff can beat this case. A lot of open ended charges that need a lot more than some testimonies to prove. The shit that has been revealed on only day 1 tho... some of y'all niggas modeled y'all life after this man.

Some people think Cassie's testimony is supposed to paint the level of control Diddy had over everything. But statements like " i didnt want him to do it with anyone else" and " i got myself an affordable apartment" dont paint the picture they are trying to paint. She might get ripped apart on the stand.
