I saw Spider-Man twice as well. I didn't care about the Flash at all for the same reasons as your family. DC's struggle is hard to watch. Just let great writers/directors do their thing without trying to copy the MCU. The Joker is one of my all time favorite movies, and it didn't need 200mil to produce.my nieces and nephews seen spiderman at least 2-3 times each. Checking flash never even was an option to them. The dceu I no longer a thing and most of the suits running it are no longer there. James gunn said months ago that that the dcu are going to their thing and not worry what marvel is doing.
