Welcome To aBlackWeb

I thought he meant the character... makes more sense to me. No idea what he would mean by the movie
Yo you kinda blowing my mind nh

I thought this whole time he was saying “yo man DC been kinda meh but I’m gonna change the landscape with this movie and put DC back on the map with black Adam leading the charge”

I didn’t even think of it the way you thought lololol oh shit

It was a marketing strategy to build hype for superman

I need to look at the wiki on this character… I was like wait is this a dark Shazam character? The old nigga from the Shazam 2 movie preview just popped up in this outta nowhere.

I should probably go watch the first one, because I got lost with the origin story part a little.

Other than that, it was alright. Dragged a bit in the middle.

Haven't seen this, but it seems that all the audiences love it while the critics don't. I know that's gotta grind some particular folks' gears in here

When Adam was fighting the JSA he honestly should’ve killed them all outside of maybe fate very easily but I excused that because there was no incentive to keep them alive

Also I excused the Rock knowing English and understanding what sarcasm was just from dr fate saying it once and what everybody was saying but yet shooting at Clint Eastwood on TV for shooting on screen

I’m not gonna be overly critical about stuff like that because it’s a comic book movie. The only reason it stuck out is I don’t usually watch non marvel comic book movies so I at times had to stop myself from judging this like a non comic book movie

oh yeah now I know what I laughed at. When the rock threw homie off the bike and he tried to rush to say it while he was falling before he died

This was kind of explained in the Comics the same way Green Lantern can speak any language. With his power, the first letter of SHAZAM stands for Wisdom of Solomon which also translates to intelligence. Which is also why he couldn't speak English when he let go of his power.

Ahhhh gotcha thanks for letting me know

Granted this is a plot point that should’ve been explained. Would save the confusion of the general public that ain’t into the comics like that.
Yeah but I mean I doubt many would be sticklers about something as minuscule as that. Could they have explained it in a sentence? Yeah but like I said originally it’s not that big of a deal

Not when old rock head on that little body existed in the same movie lol
