I mean you can still be jealous AND make someone a star... Like Suge and them was punking dudes back then and making artists handover beats and verses, like Dre being forced to give 'California Love' to Pac and making Warren G rap 'In my 64 Chevy REEEED to be exact' instead of the original blue...
IMO Death Row was just chaos, aload of young dudes, rich or trying to get rich in a chaotic environment trying to survive... One min I bet people were cool, the next they side eyeing wondering if theyre plotting... Like Pac and Snoop ended up...
With that being said Daz defo ended up with a Pac inspired flow...

He did but he wasn't a superstar until he started rolling with those dudes, he changed his whole persona cause that's what they were doing. Biggest album he used their style and production, Daz has a point
He became a bigger artist, but he was already a superstar with #1 albums and movies.

Yea the M.O.B affiliation was through Suge, but shootouts with cops, stomping out the hugh brothers, thug life, spitting at the camera, etc all was pre Death Row.

I think people wildly misinterpreted thug life.. however he was amongst a certain element thise were two different things
"we made tupac" is a hell of a statement
People generally aren't careful or deliberate with their word choice....
but they were undeniably integral elements in creating an era with and through Tupac ... thats how I received what he was expressing... and in THAT sense, I'd agree (dont mean they cant be jealous though)
