When Dame yelled "my son has cookies" I knew he was projecting back then. That whole spiel was a little too aggressive to be constructive

I think in that interview he was acting insecure. Because he wasn't saying what he was saying in a motivational way, it was confrontational.

all entrepreneurial talk is motivational. It inspires you to be your own boss, it doesn't shame you for being an employee. That's what Dame did because maybe his finances started to dwindle at that time
